so Ive been on a steady strong diet for about 3 months now steady losing and have decided to add in exercise. Ive been doing some aerobics and situps and pushups. Ive done this 20+ minute routine every day for the past 5. My sore muscles are about better and Im getting used to it and bumping it up by aminute or two everyday. Is it ok to be exercising everyday or should I take one or two days off a week?

Try complex, large muscle moves instead of situps, which (barely) utilize any significant muscle groups.
Complex exercises include deadlifts (back and hamstrings), benchpress (shoulders and chest), clean and jerk (quads, abs and shoulders) and squats (quads, glutes and back). You can do deads and squats on one day, bench and military presses on another and cleans on a third day, with a days rest between each training day. If you have to do cardio, make sure it comes AFTER your strength training. Eat well and rest properly.0
