Im taking in between 30&40 grams of protien a day usually around 31 or 32 is this enough protien so Im not losing much muscle mass in my weight loss. I cant lose much muscle as in my job I have to pull heavy pallets and lift 50+lbs often. I have been on this diet aprox 3 months and havent noticed any weakness but am concerned is all. Opinions?

I can tell you that I do a minimum of 80 grams a day.
Alot of the weight lifters do alot more than that so if you are doing alot of lifting just in your daily routine, you might want to try more and see how it goes. More is usually not a problem unless you have a medical condition and your Doctor has advised differently.

Hmmmm... I have no idea! I do however know that I am taking in at least 60g of protein a day
But I am also lifting weights etc so my body needs it. In fact, I just downed an entire can of tuna which is around 32g of protein alone! What does your diary say you should have? Mine says 63g per day.0 -
I'm Paleo, and I am for 100g of protein per day. Even on a calorie-counting diet like yours, I would say you need more.0

You should consume 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh...and if you go over that even better! You can't go wrong with protein especially if you want to hang onto your muscle. I weigh 117 and make sure to consume at least that every day0
