In the tracking which would you consider more important for me track fiber, calcium or iron intake?
I'm tracking sodium with my carbs, fat and protien.
I take a good calciam citrate supplement and vit. D along with daily vit.
I'm thinking iron is more important of the three...
Opinions?
Thanks,
Kimmy

Do you have any medical issues that would make tracking any of these more important than any of the others. On a special diet where you need to hit a certain amount of any of these per day?0

I'd choose fiber.0

no I have no medical issues and Im on a primarily vegetarian diet. Trying to currently balance it better than currently is.0

Page two (the printable version) of your Food Diary tracks these nutrients by default:
Calories
Carbs
Fat
Protein
Cholest
Sodium
Sugars
Fiber
So it would make sense to use page one to track other stuff. At least that's what I do.0 -

Yeah......The only thing you can't take off is Calories on page one. It stays always.0 -

Thanks cmriverside,
That is a nice option that a lot of us have overlooked.
Thanks for pointing it out0 -
I'd add sugar instead0

At first I was going to say fiber, but then I saw you are vegetarian so now I pick iron. But sugar is good to track too.0

Just remember that a lot of the information in the database doesnt hold all those macro-nutrients, so if you're aiming to use this to check how much iron or calcium you're intaking in, it may not be the most reliable means.0

As you're taking a multivitamin, calcium, and D, your calcium and iron are taken care of. Fiber would be the one to focus on.0 -
I agree with melanie and ann...0
