I think I spelled that correctly? I walk mostly on the sides of my feet. It leads to achilies, ankle and knee problems. Any runners, joggers, hikers or just cement floor workers have some good shoes to reccommend?

My feet turn in a bit and I was recommended Asics gel sneakers years ago. I used to run and they were wonderful. If I wore others, I would get issues, so I just stuck with them. I got ones geared toward motion control vs cushioning and in the beginning wore insoles too.
A good running store or foot doctor can help.0 -
I supinate, not too badly, but still. I'm a runner and I would definitely recommend that you go to a good running store and have your feet fitted. Even if you're not going to run, most of those types of stores would at least be able to recommend a type of shoe based on your gait pattern. For us supinators stay away from stability sneakers as they are made for pronators and will force your feet more out to the side. Stick with a neutral shoe. You can tell if it's a stability sneaker by checking out the instep of the shoe. Most stability sneakers have a grey colored foam in the arch. I love asics myself, but I would recommend you try a few different brands.0
