mfp gives me one number and two other ways give me two totally different numbers. I know my average heartbeat during 52 minutes of exercise was 132 and Im female age 28 and weight 235 to be able to eat back most of my exercise calories I first must know pretty close how many Im burning. Livestrong.com had a formula I followed that had me burning over 1000 calories and another member posted a triathalon blog calculator that had me only burning 300+ calories mfp puts me at 600+ calories ... Anybody wanna help me out here lol

Quite honestly this is why I've invested in a HRM. There is no more accurate way to know what you've burnt.0

I have an hrm which is how I know my average heart rate during exercise. Several people have told me the hrm is averaging too high as well. My hrm dosnt tell me calories burned but duriation and high and average heart rate. Which I was plugging into formula you see0
