Perhaps work on strength training, lifting, toning. This would perhaps help you lose inches, to help you fit into old clothes without worrying about losing kgs.

Moving, family issues, stress, life changes-just stopped caring for most of the last year or so.

Not trying to be the least bit offensive, but I have seen pictures of women on here who have guns. They have small man-like arms. I knock no one, we all have our own vision of what we want or like and I simply am not a huge fan of "guns" on me. I know I will not turn into a body builder but I also don't want mini men's…

By bad knees I mean if I exercise on my feet after working they progressively get worse, by my 3rd day of work my knee or knees are swollen, in pain and usually my first day off I can barely walk. I have strong legs, just high arched feet that over supinate alot. Swimming is great for my cardio. I am watching my diet, I…

People started telling me to not lose much and or anymore when I was still weighing 220ish. My collar bones begin sticking out at around 230, so no one believed I still had much to lose. They'd say I was going to blow away when I said I still had 70 to lose.

Yes, that's what I 'd do. Make meals ahead and pack them for supper.

It sounds like to little calories and possibly not enough carbs. Maybe try upping to 1400 and keep the same for the cycling.

Hon, staying active is good for you but theres no need to have to stay active if you are putting in regular exercise. Don't feel guilty. Stay slightly under your calories and you will be fine.
-
Really I'd say you're sedentary and just log the exercise everyday.

Ok, this is how it works: you tell mfp your size, your activity level (based on average everyday stuff job, house cleaning, pet activity etc) and how much you want to lose a week. They give you a calorie number based on those figures. If say you decide to do some extra exercise, or unusual amount of house work, or bring a…

There's nothing really wrong with 1200 calories unless you are a very large person. 1200 is really the minimum you should take in though, for a woman, unless you are very petite. Just try and keep your protein high and if you add exercise eat most of those back too. If you don't feel weak, tired or hungry then 1200 can…

If you really need motivation then well, what motivates you? Books? Movies? Games? Clothes? Going somewhere particular? Exercise gear? Hair done, nails done, spa, etc? What motivates you? Pick something, let yourself have something small for every 10 days something better for every 30, something fantastic for every 90 and…

Cool air rushing down your throat and into your lungs can cause soreness and slight asthma. I know I have mild exercise induced asthma. You have to take it slower, more warm up if the cold air bothers you.

Usually like to eat back half, sometimes more. Never had a problem losing doing that.

Cannot relate much to this

You'd have a temporary gain (1-10lbs depending on your current size) from basically sugar shock and sodium overkill, but it would be temporary, 3-5 days usually.

Hi 5'7 here currently 273 but losing steady. I exercise as much as I can, mostly cardio but will put in strength training in another 30 or 40 lbs down. I've been as low as 206 but never lower. I plan on getting to 155 and then maybe adding more strength training to tone. I am a pretty large boned person so don't believe it…

Very professional. Knock em dead

I would say retaining water from massive exercise. Give it another week without increasing exercise or changing diet. If still no loss at all then check back here for further suggestions.:drinker:

There's a wide variety of soups and stews, add rice sometimes. :)

Hi Hannah, My name is Kimmie. You're in the right place. It is a slow and steady process, but if you stick with it you will get where you want to be. Start out slow, change small things, log everything you eat and drink and simply do your best to become more active. Feel free to fruend me or email. Stick with it Kimmie

yeah were it me, I'd begin major strength training if wanting to tighten and trim a bit more. But remember ignore the scale while doing so. Personally I think you look great. Congrats on making your goal and beyond.
