When I was not eating em back I was barely losing a thing. I try and eat back 50-70% of my exercise calories back and sense then been losing the amount I like a week for the most part :) Experiemnt and see what works for you. Everyone is individual and loses, gains differently :) Kimmy

your body needs 500mg of sodium to function properly- just like it needs fat and protien and carbs ect.. try and not go over 2500mg but if you do supplement with water. More sodium=more water. If you exercise alot you can take in more if you rarely sweat try and stay under 1500mg is my reccommended amount. What are you…

ok, I grew up in a household with a Californian and a cajun in west texas and north louisiana. I can sound just like a cajun, be almost accentless and sound slightly redneck depending on my mood and who I'm with. I tend to pick up who ever I'm with's accent to a degree- always have. Well I at one point weighed well over 300 lbs but started on mfp at 241 and my goal is 165.. Several months before mfp I was 270 though which is when i started actually trying to get to my goal :) so that's 105lbs total.. Feel free to friend me Kimmy

I don't really have a goal size. I've never been a thinner adult weight that I am now. So I have no idea how small I can get. I will be happy with anything below a 14 in jeans so I can wear juniors sizes :)
