When I weighed 220- 5 years ago. I was on an active job and exercising 5 days a week burning 300-600 calories a day. I was eating 1600-2000 calories most days. I was losing way slower but did get down to 206 before I gave up and quit- much to my now over 300lb regret.

My diary is open. I don't eat super healthy but generally range 1200-2100 calories a day.

It is my goal in a few more weeks. Right now I'm just getting back in shape. Eventually I will be taking my trike the 1.3 miles to the store and 1.3 back. Right now I'm just up to walking .6 without much issue. Need my legs stronger before my trike can handle hills lol

Eat for a few days and see what you average in calories to feel full. Depending what I eat and how much I exercise, for me this can be anything from 1200 calories to 2200. I have my goal for 2lbs a week- which I have 155 more pounds to lose to get to my goal. It may take a week or two for you to find what feels the most…

It should be based on your actual health/how much you go to a doctor. I haven't been in 3 years- before that it was only once in 3 years. I've been to a doctor maybe 6 times in 15 years. I'm obese and have been so almost my whole life. I know plenty of "normal" weight people who go 2-6 times a year.

I'm happy to support any of my friends. I'm 34 and my guy is 29 next month. He still has an active job whereas mine is much more stationary so I steady gain and he stays the same lol. I had lost well over 100lbs 5 years ago but gained almost all of it back and now I'm determined to get back to where I gave up and surpass…

I'd been single for 2 years- looking for someone for about 17 months I met my guy on the plenty of fish website - Planned on deleting my profile the next day as I hadn't met someone good on it in forever. I messaged him first. He messaged me back around midnight- we both worked night shift back then. We text back and forth…

Youtube is full of good workouts. I use the kinect and do the shape up game sometimes. I will pick 10 songs I like and dance and do other cardio. You can get a stationary bike or get some weights. Do things you will enjoy and give yourself workout goals.

Well that's around 2lbs a week so don't think it's too unhealthy as long as you try and eat balanced. 2lbs a week is the max for most that's considered healthy to lose.

Great! changes usually stick after a couple months. Good luck!

Mine is open. I have 150+lbs to lose. My diet isn't that healthy but I lose weight and have done it before. I gained over a 100lbs back when stopped tracking and exercising a couple years ago.

I think it's cute. I don't think you need to lose any weight. If you feel you need to maybe just try and tone. I think you look great though.

Yes, like Indigo said it is almost all about calories in vs out. If you eat below what your body needs to maintain its current weight then you will lose weight. And most everyone can do light exercise. One doesn't have to jog or start with other energetic exercise routine. Do light exercise like walking, biking, swimming…

Feel free to friend me. We can motivate each other. Take it a day at a time and keep your eye on the big picture not small setbacks.

I'd been up 28 hours, was pretty much asleep walking through a store with my ex and his 2 kids. We were standing in line(all 4 of us) and my ex asked me to grab something that had been forgotten. I passed by an older woman(late 50's early 60's) and was probably about a foot from her when I passed her. She hollers out. "You…
