Well it took me about a year to go from 270lbs down to 206lbs and then 2 years to get back up to the 270s so gain was slower for me

I have breakfast, lunch, dinner, work snacks, home snacks and drinks other than water. Works for me

I typically schedule a cheat day once a month. This helps with holidays and terrible cravings. The worst about a cheat day is it ruins atleast 3-5 days for weight because of sodium intake. They don't always have it on the menu, but I love the grilled chicken wrap at sonic, high on sodium, but not bad on calories and good for protein.

I work 10pm to 7am 4 days a week. When I was really exercising I worked out every day after work, anywhere from 15 mins to 45 minutes. But then it became 3-4 says a week, then 2 days and now none. I typically go to bed around 1 in the afternoon. I get up around 9ish. I start work at 10. I eat breakfast at 11:40, lunch at 1:40, snack at 4:40, home around 7:15- 7:40. Your size and weight seems perfectly healthy to me. You probably want to focus on some toning. Put your calories at maintanance or just above, increase your protien and do some strength training exercise for your legs. Squats come to mind. Just my opinion. Kimmie
