I mix up a scoop of vanilla protein with 0% fat Greek yoghurt - need to give it a good stir to get the powder well mixed in. Then I add some fruit or berries. Really tasty! Or mix protein with water and add frozen berries then blend.

I have a scoop of protein mixed with about 125ml of 0% fat Greek yoghurt at breakfast rather than a shake. I usually add some fresh fruit to it as well.

Always find it difficult myself to work out what an 'ideal' weight/size would be. I'm 5'8" and now a comfortable size 10 and weigh 149 lbs - down from a size 18 (ish) and 16st.
