I had mine set to sedentary too but honestly with how long and hard I have been exercising(trying to break the plateau) I am feeling weak. I am trying to listen to what my body wants but push it harder to break the Plateau. So that's where I am at. What do you think?

Got them in. yes it's 11pm but hey they are done now. Just couldn't let myself go to bed without doing it!

Ok I am on day 5 and man I am sore, I did Zumba Abs today also. My husband has joined in and he makes it look so easy lol jerk :noway: I am not giving up though :smile:

I think fruit kabobs would be a fun thing to do too. It's not for two weeks so I have time, I am just planning ahead of time :)

I think I will take cheese and crackers definitely and then throw a dessert together. They set up a potluck and a sign up sheet to make sure we don't over do it in desserts. :) Thanks ladies I am going to look into each of these and see what I can come up with :happy:

I agree! I bought an Under Amour Bra and it was the best one I have ever had. worth the money :) I am a 40 D and I would suggest getting one without a zipper.
