HELP.... Active VS Lightly Active???
So I am wondering , do I need to switch my activity level up a notch. I have a fit bit one and I average about 14-16,000 steps a day or 6-8 miles a day. I have a part-time job as a cashier a couple days a week and I am a stay at home mom so I don't just sit on my tush all day. I could really use the input. I have hit a…

I'm Back
