I mix it up, I do 10-12 minute sessions of cardio then to some weights or whatever as a set, for example I'd do 10 minutes of running stairs, then 50 reps of dumbells, 50 lunges, then do it over again

Well I know you don't believe this right now but you're better off. If he left you after 6 years it's not because of your weight and it was really immature of him to lay the blame on you like that. Don't let him get you down; you're better than that and you can do it
