Definitely keto flu cause by lack of electrolytes. Do all that zachska87 said and you'll be golden.

The Jawbone UP does this, not Fitbit, although it would be awesome if the Fitbit did.

I think it really depends on what you're hoping to get out of it. Speaking personally, I've had a Fitbit of some type for the last two years and that in combination with MFP and my Fitbit Aria scale have definitely helped me on my journey. Seeing myself stacked up against my friends and family that also have Fitbits is…

HBO didn't recast him. He left to do a different project apparently. Which really, that's so stupid.
-
I've had mine over a year so probably an isolated issue.
-
I love my Aria, especially since I have a fitbit as well. I love that I can just step on it and it automatically uploads into MFP. Keeps me accountable.
-
Just as an FYI. It's usually 28 grams to an oz. Simple math then.

I have nothing but praise for it. I literally went from Couch to 5k. Before I started I couldn't run a half mile let alone 3.1. Finished up my training two weeks before Thanksgiving and ran my first 5k Thanksgiving day. Now I run at least 3 miles 3x a week.

I'm American so I'm a MLS girl. New York Red Bulls season ticket holder and Dax McCarty is my fave. My Premier league team is Tottenham but I just started following this year since NBC in the States got Premier League broadcasting rights to every game.

I'm doing a 5k that morning and then enjoying the hell out of my dinner and dessert and then back to it the next day.

BMI is designed to categorize large populations, not individuals. Body fat percentage is more accurate on the individual level.

beef jerky, cheese, peanut butter, nuts, low cal protein shakes

I always record it as circuit training.

Not water proof. Water resistant. There is a difference. Swimming and showering and sweating with the flex shouldn't affect it in any way. It's prolonged submersion that will.
-
I do better with my flex simply because it never comes off so I'm not presented with any opportunity to forget to put it on. As for explaining to the world why I'm wearing it all of the time I've had mine since launch in may and maybe 3 people have asked what it is and I work in a large office.

it should just come over in a lump sum of cals. It doesn't post to your timeline that you did so and so and burn x number of cals. MFP recommends pretty much logging everything over here. I personally only do food and my weight here and log all exercise through FB and just let the two talk to each other. To each their own.…

It's called intervals. From Wikipedia: Interval training is a favorite of coaches because of its effectiveness in cardiovascular build-up and also its ability to make more well-rounded runners and riders. However, it is also applicable to exercisers as it helps improve exercisers’ aerobic capacity to exercise longer at…

it's water resistant to 10 meters, that's 30 feet. Swimming with it is just fine, it just doesn't track it which is why you set an activity record. I used mine in the pool while on vacation and no adverse effects. i just didn't keep it constantly submerged From Flex Help: While it is water resistant and can be submerged up…

I have had the Ultra and the Flex. In my experience I can disprove what some posters are saying about it not being accurate or counting hand movements as steps. I find it to really be just as accurate as my Ultra was if not even more because it never comes off of my body. The best part is I can just open up my iPhone app…
-
it does though. It's just assuming you're being completely sedentary and that's what you're body is naturally burning throughout the day. It's what it's designed to do. It tracks your normal daily expenditure and anything above and beyond that. All fitbits do that. Not just the flex. I lost my Ultra I had before I got the…

you could then do Ripped in 30

Make sure to take measurements before hand. The way I've been seeing it is you might not see the pounds drop but you'll see inches go.

I'm starting week one back up again today. Plan on going 30 straight. I actually finished up week 1 early last week but had to stop as I got sick.
-
I started last week. Today will be Level 1 day 5.

who doesn't cook their pasta al dente anyway? That's the way it's meant to be eaten. I do love these Dr. Oz threads they make my day more enjoyable when everyone floods in to mention his quackery.

False. A pound is a pound is a pound. Muscle is denser than fat.

I've been doing it on YouTube.

It's funny because I finished up day 2 last night and I hate her with a fiery passion. You have no idea how hard I hate her. With that said, with all of the before and after shots I've seen on here I can't wait to get it done!
