Hey everyone!

So I'm going to start the 30 day shred this week but...................

Once the 30 days have come and gone, then what? Do you do it all over again? Is it just a temporary workout? I don't get it..

You can do it over again or move to a different workout. Look under the groups and search for Jillian Michaels or 30 day shred and I am sure you would get a number of ideas as Jillian has many DVDs out (as well as many other trainers).

So it's a daily workout of some type or another. Is for a specific amount of time of as long as your DVD runs for example?

I completed it and want to do it again! I liked it a lot and really noticed a difference in my body the only thing is I stopped working out that much after doing it and I feel horrible. I recommend after completing it either buying another dvd of hers or just keep working out. Its a good program I loved it ! all the excercises you can remember and do them outside too

Sorry I get it now. It's a Gillian Michaels DVD. I saw something on YouTube yesterday from written and read out by her martial arts instructor about the steroids she takes etc. I never heard if her until yesterday. Is she any good or is the stuff on YouTube correct?

I started the 30DS on Sunday and once it's over I'm just going to move onto something else, whether it's another workout program, outdoor exercise, or hitting the gym, so that I don't get bored. Now that it's warm out I'll be doing a lot of hiking/biking and kayaking so I may just keep doing the 30DS workout like 2-3x a week in addition to my other activities. Have fun!

You can try her Extreme Shed & Shred... I bought it, but I'm nervous. She kicks my butt on 30DS

I actually look forward to it. I have not worked out in over 3 years and while it does work up a sweat its not too much where I feel like I need to stop. And really it is about 17 min when u deduct the cool down which is not much. I plan on doing it twice today. Once this afternoon and then again tonight when hubby gets home-tonight will be day 1 for him :)

Edit: Not sure why it didnt pick up your quote but here is my anser: So do you enjoy doing it so far? I hate working out period. Lol. But it needs to be done :/

You re-gain all the weight and inches you lost and have to start over.

I was going to start it again and go for perfect form, or it's a great maintenance video for days at home... right now, level 3 is my rainy day plan since i can't get to the gym, but I'm trying to train to run and do some cycling road races (might as well start swimming to get the triathalon if I'm going this far)

yea, the video states over and over, its 30 days but has 3 levels.
so really its a 90 day program, unless they're giving up/looking for a quick fix. just keep going!

Kind of. But aren't you supposed to move up when it gets easier? Most people would be fine moving up to the next level before the 30 days are over.

    It's a great program :) It's only a 30 day program (not 90). Each level is 10 days.
