Day 2 - Power HIIT done! Even though I have done this one many times before - I struggled to get through all of the reps, I increased my weights and I think that had something to do with it. I am feeling awesome this morning. I will most likely be doing a walk of some sort later too. Have a great day everyone!

I have used the super gym before, but I prefer to make my own and print it. I get a lot of satisfaction from crossing my daily workout off and having it where everyone can see if I have completed my workout or not. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Having a rough morning with the workout, I was all pumped up to have nothing in my way to do C60 live, and I get 8 minutes into it and my girls started fussing and then I lost all motivation. My motivation sucks right now, I just can't seem to get my mindset back this morning.... I am going to try again after lunch.

Sorry I have been MIA since Thursday. My 5 year old got sick after her Pre-K graduation and hasn't been feeling to well these paste few days. So I haven't worked out much this week, which stinks. I am aiming to redo week 2's schedule because of it starting Monday.

I do wear a HRM when I workout. Usually burning 300 for Combat30 KS. That's usually the least I burn unless I have an off day when it comes to working out.... Today is my rest day and I am taking it. I am extremely tired and one of my little girls isn't feeling too well.....back at it tomorrow!

This morning I went in to have my tooth fixed. I broke one of my molars a few weeks back because when I had a root canal done 3 years ago they were supposed to crown it and didn't. Well fast forward and when I took my vitamin several weeks ago it broke in half. They put a temporary in it until today when they could fix it.…

Day 9 of this round.....As I mentioned before, I had gotten into week 6 of the program before me and my family got sick for 2-3 weeks, and I just re-began the program.

Today was day 8. I did Combat 30 KS, and then went for a 40 minute walk. I got all of that in early tonight and am happy I did! Welcome breakawaygurl!

Sometimes things do happen and it throws us for a loop. Don't feel guilty about having a meal you enjoyed! Like you said, you are mainly on track most of the time and you made sure that you worked out on top of that. So good for you for finding a way to over come this small obstacle!

Thank you! I know, I have done the plyo about 6 times before, but usually my calorie burns seem to be within a few calories of themselves. Normally with Shock plyo I would have been around 325, so I know I was off last night. All I was saying was that I know I can do better and I will :)
