Great information. I neevr get all my water in, and only when I started trying, did I realize how little I normally drink. ( 2-3 glasses at most) Water is definitely one of my challenges.

I'm also trying for 2 pounds per week. I know it will be easier now, in the beginning than later, but I hope to be able to stick to it!

What a great idea! I have some things that are a size too small which I packed away so I wasn't reminded of my gain, but now I think I'll put them back in the closet, as incentive!

I kow what you mean, and I think there should be a way of doing both, but for now, I put my final goal, not to intimaidate me, but to remind myself that I'm heading in that direction, and like any trip, eventually, I'll get there.

My favourite "treat" is Nature Valley Sweet & Salty bars, one has peanuts, almonds & bits of dark chocolate, so it even satisfies my candy cravings! Best part, they're filling and only 170 calories.
