I seriously believe my eyelids are sweating. It is GROSS! But - that's why I like being able to walk/job (C25K) outside, so no one really notices. And I agree with a previous poster - I think it's getting a lot of "Junk" out of my system, though I have no scientific reason for that!

The later I stay up, the more I tend to gain. Sad (since I'm obviously a night person), but true!

Good luck! You definitely CAN do it - there are so many inspiring stories here. I know what you mean about being private with family/friends. Only 1 friend knows what I weigh in real life, but here it's really helpful to share my weight, my exercise, what I've lost, etc. Keep it up!

I don't have suggestions (sorry!); I've actually been wondering the same thing. I usually do an extra day of the previous week's Cto5K or just walk for 1/2 hour. I've also been doing some ab & arm work at home. I'd like to add some yoga, too. Still - would love to see what others suggest!

Sounds fun! Female 39 yrs old (40 on 8/23) 5'6" SW: 220 CW: 212 GW: 170 to start. Would love to hit 150 to get the BMI in line, but I find 170 is where I am happiest and healthiest. We'll see when I get closer!
