Hiya. I'm 42 and have about 55 more pounds to shed to reach my ultimate weight goal. I've been on MFP for a little over a year and am pushing through this next phase. I'm here for the long haul.....!

I'm making this as I type using Wing-Time - Garlic With Parmesan Buffalo Wing Sauce. It has 50 calories and 55mg of sodium per serving (2TBS). House smells heavenly! Wing-Time has a hot wing sauce that even lower in calories and sodium also....

After reading some of the article's comments, many folks agreed that the list left a lot to be desired. I wonder if the fact that the article was written by a man factors in.....? Also, these were the top 4 goals.......maybe a strength training related goal was next on the list~
