I'm still aiming for a loss of 10 lbs a month, so this challenge is perfect. Have lost 9 lbs. so far in December challenge and really want to keep it up........as such, I'm in again in January!~

I do the things I dread in the mornings.......circuit training and treadmill. I reserve the things I love for the evenings......Zumba or elliptical

I lost 83 lbs. 8 years ago doing low carb, but I couldn't sustain it indefinitely so I gained it all back plus some. But now with exercising, watching my calorie intake, and using the tools on MFP I feel like the sky is the limit. FINALLY a lifestyle I can adhere to!~
