I am 5' 10" and currently weigh 143.8. My orginal goal was to be 133, a weight at which I was over a year ago. I wasn't toned though and stil could have lost a few more. I am hoping to be 130.

I am going to start Butt Bible today. It is on On-Demand and a 23 minute workout. I have heard that it is a great workout for the lower body.

Love your goals. Mine are pretty much the same as yours: 5x week working out, weights and strength training 4 days a week, AND must log onto MFP to record food diary. My worst time is the weekends. I do well during the week, but when it comes to the weekends, I tend to over do the eating.

I was diagnoised with hypothyroidism when I was 18. I am 43 now. I had not gained weight in the past, but have the last year or so. I do know though, that I am eating too much at night and think that is a big part of it. Just be sure to take your pill every day. If you still feel sluggish, tired, etc., get more bloodwork…
