I bought my own weight bar from Amazon and use workouts from pintrest. Cheap. Easy. Fun.

I have recently fallen in love with rock climbing but when there isn't anything to climb I'm good with a nice hike.

I have been using MFP for 5 years and it works if you keep at it! That's obviously harder to do than to say it and that's why I still use it. Last year I thought I could control myself without logging, but have gained almost all my weight back. So I understand challenges and a lot of the weight loss stuff is figuring out…

Hey there! You can add me. I'm on here most days. :)

Cookies, poptarts ( the dessert kinds like ice cream sundae) and pizza I will tear up any pizza within smelling distance if left alone

X-factor ST its cheaper but more effective for me than any beachbody program (though I do love insanity) It is an 8 week program and comes with "yoga" dvd which is basic stretching, a total body and an abs disc as well. each level has very significant variations for your level depending on where you are and how you are…

No more food for me after 7pm and no more water after 8pm :) and that is with a bedtime around 10-11

Not giving into stress eating. it is so easy to "feel better" after a pint of ice cream or some beer but I know I shouldn't...

Love it! Classes, dvds, or the interactive video games, it's all great. Remember though one is only going to get from it the effort they put towards it and diet always matters ;)

There are a ton of free stuff online so no need to buy gym membership or dvds, unless you want to of course. One thing to remember starting out is you need to do your best, which may not be as fast as the JM or whoever, so don't get down because that will change as you lose the weight. Good luck to you!

One thing that has helped with my coffee is getting a flavored kind and using truvia. Another is tea so maybe one of these ideas will help you.

You would be upset if you had to sleep in a crate, especially after sleeping a comfy bed.

Fights with my husband will trigger *kitten* but thankfully that hasn't happened in a while

If you choose to do the BBL then I would think it would need something else to substitute for all the work of insanity, but really I would just organize what you have to do the all the workouts as intended, unless you really want to spend money on a new program. Then that would be on how much you would want to spend...

Sounds like you are restricting yourself too much, if you are feeling hungry. Try to remember that the weight you want to lose didn't come on overnight and will not go away overnight either. Start with small changes that you can live with then progress. This is also only if you are changing your diet for a lifestyle…

Seems like a cool dude to hang with

If it really is that bad for you, you think you need to throw out a PSA, then invest in your own gym so you don't have to deal with the general public but until that time, deal with it as the general public deals with you and your nuances you bring.

I love it, my husband got seriously injured though doing it, so be careful. :flowerforyou:

Dear Younger Self, You are amazing! Always listen to your intuition to stay amazing! Love you, You

I went from a DDD to a D so depending on how your body is you may not need to worry about it. :flowerforyou:

Maybe try stop focusing on the scale number and work on toning up.

3 packets of Truvia or something like the below states.

1) Realizing I needed to lose weight. 2) My husband to join in. Having at home support means a lot to me. 3) 148lbs 4) 117lbs 5) Learning to enjoy new foods.

You should think about how big of a deal this is for you and how hurt you are by it. If you really feel you can't trust him because of this, then leave. If you think you want to work things out, you need to talk to him. He may like watching it with you, if you were to be open to that, or he may just enjoy watching it by…

I weaned myself off of it last year by lowering a can a day every week until it was zero. I also added more water to my diet. I'm now to the point where I get immediately sick after having soda so I know what I did was a total lifestyle change since I get so uncomfortable.
