Have I lost too much?

Hi!

When I lay down, my ribs and my hip bones stick out and are extremely prominent, but I am not underweight (unless my scale is wrong?) I'm still chubby in the thigh area, which is why I'm still trying to lose weight. Should I stop now, or have I just lost too much and should I gain?

Not enough information. How tall are you? How much to you weigh? Do you workout?

And, given your other posts: how old are you, really?

Given that information, you have definitely lost enough weight. I'm thinking you may be struggling with body dysmorphic disorder if you feel, at that weight, that your thighs are fat. Some counseling may be in order. :flowerforyou:

From reading the above comments, I would highly suggest you see an ED therapist. There must be a very good reason you are so concerned with your weight and your parents will not allow you to have a scale,

    Best of luck.

Definitely not enough information. You don't sound happy about your weight though so maybe you should see a doctor to be properly assessed.

Maybe try stop focusing on the scale number and work on toning up.

You're a legal adult who's not allowed to own a "proper" scale.

Yep. Red flags all around your posts.

Best of luck. Listen to the comments suggesting you may have some eating/body image issues.

Meh, I'm 5 ft, 6 in and 117.5lbs and still have squishy spots on my thighs (pear shaped). You can be thin and still have areas that need work. Op, I'd suggest switching focus from weight loss and start some strength training. Walking and running are also great.

    Teenaged girls become women.

I remember worrying about my thighs when I was a teen.

You are supposed to have thighs and hips, you are a woman now.

    Unless you're still 11.

..and by "worrying" - I mean I noticed: I thought about it exactly one time . It's just different - little girls have stick legs.

My oldest daughter is 5'6" and 120lbs she has a beautiful build. You make want to try jogging, swimming and weight training to help with muscle definition. I would not worry about weight in the least. You may even gain a couple pounds with weight training but will have a tighter body. If you have severe body image issues you may need to talk to someone...parent, relative, counselor, doctor or therapist.
