  • I am struggling with not having the support I had in the beginning. It seems like everyone was behind me in the beginning but now I am alone. Which is hard because I have hit this plateau and would love to have support at home.
  • Noosa yogurt is fantastic! But I also like Kroger's carbmaster yogurt in any flavor. I also love Key Lime Pie flavor too. I never used to each much yogurt and now it is my "go-to" treat.
  • I usually do most of my cardio at night. However ValGogo makes a great point, there are some nights after I am finished that I am just to energized to sleep. So, I try not to go too late because if I do, I miss out on valuable sleep. That is a great question and now you have me thinking about that :-)
