  • Congrats...great job. so this first week did you do lots of exercise or was it simply about keeping track of your calories. I have been working lots and haven't had lots of time for the gym this week. I know that will impact my goal!!!

I recently started with a personal trainer and my opinon is I think u definitely need to eat more and better snacks that contain more protein. special k bars have lots of sugar and are not filling.
