Love it - sometimes hard to get where I am and not cheap but I just cook it up in a rice cooker, maybe put a little soy sauce on there and it's great!

I can't bring myself to eat the ends of chips (or fries, for the US readers) if they're pointy and crispy - got to cut them off!

Aiming for ripped/athletic, probably somewhere between that and swimmer - not all six-packed out at present, mind. The men in my family that I've known are naturally slim but strong, so I think my goal's fairly realistic.

Maybe, I'll have to try again when I get home from work!

Can't see any of the pics :(

Oh no, what happened? As a knee injury veteran, I think you're really quite limited on what can be done, but do you have access to one of those "hand bikes?"

Over here mostly. Low key, quiet :)

Probably the whole "carbs are the root of all evil" movement. When I first heard of it about 10 years ago I thought it was craziness!

It's very welcome! If a girl is interested, then why not?

First thing in the morning, after any workout, and maybe a half-shake before something like yoga as I won't have eaten for a while. If I'm way under on calories by bedtime I'll have one then too.

Just rediscovering sweet potatoes after hating them as a kid. Plain jacket baked ones are excellent, especially with some oily fish like mackerel to give that bit of moisture to the meal!

Ooh, tough decision! Monica Belluci might just be my pick though :)

Fantastic progress, well done!

If you work at a desk all the time you don't get chance to really build much fitness through daily activity so it does take a bit of conscious effort (gym, diet, etc) to improve your body - I think the true obsessives are quite small in number though. Can't say I've ever seen anyone turned down for looking "too fit," mind!

I don't log decaf coffee/tea, or a splash of sauce into a sandwich - hardly seems worth the effort! Everything else goes in though, weighed at that.

Michael Jackson on the Dangerous Tour, in Leeds in 1992. Absolutely jaw-dropping.

What worked for me was regular weight training (2 or 3 sets of about 10 reps per exercise), two 40-minute random hill cross-trainer sessions a week, and really watching what I ate - that's what brought me to MFP. I was running a 300-500 calorie deficit a day under the MFP target for a while but now try to be much closer.…

Not a fan but I've really been trying. Getting it down as fast as possible helps!

I'm from the UK, feel free to add!

Nice one, keep it up!

Strong goals - good luck!

M / 34 / 190 / not sure - but more than overhand / about 8? Usually do three sets of seven (overhand), with one set being "choke and slide" or some other weird variation  Never tried to just go to total failure and only do one set, will have to try it one day...
-
Oops, you beat me to it! Definitely trying this recipe tonight anyway!

Dried-out shredded coconut, used in baking mostly!

9!

This is a *definite* one to try - thank you!
-
Ha ha ha! That is freaky :)

So, so true! Let's not even talk about the time I looked up naan bread!

Excellent :)
