Question for you guys. Im ont New to MFP but New to my fitbit charge. I have added it as app but so when I record my workouts it shows up in my Fitbit app when synced but it doesn't show up on MFP. Are you saying it won't? I recorded my exercise on MFP and it makes a double entry on my Fitbit app. So I'm confused...lol

I weigh 229 so that is why I mentioned 229g. Even at 229lbs I find that high..lol. Im 5'9 and carry my weight pretty well. Agree with⬆️⬆️. I was close to 250 when I start W1 of BBG. I am now 238ish and going on w7 starting tomorrow. I looked at a lot of people doing it on IG (Instagram) and there were some more average girls and I could see lots of changes. I feel SO much stronger with BBG so it's great.

You're right it doesn't....but what stops me from seeing how many calories I eat as well. Seems like a lot of judging I'm seeing here and was just looking for a friendly place to meet other who may be in the same situation. Thanks anyways.

It's like Paleo but a little more restrictions. Whole30 is eating whole foods for 30 days. No sugar, no grains, no legumes, no alcohol, no cheating. It is derived from the book called It Starts with Food.

I use the chocolate Vega protein powder with raw almond butter, a little ground flax, ice and usually a 1/2 vanilla 1/2 coconut almond milk! Deeeelish!

I restarted week 1 on Sunday, I was sluggish last week so wanted to redo. Started with 3lb but think I will raise weight tomorrow. I do 4x week as I like to do my cardio at gym for variety.
