Congrats to you! I just had my fifth at the end of June. I gained everything during the first half of my pregnancy and then stayed pretty much the same weight till the end. Weigh in for me today. The weekend was horrible and then was followed by a horrible week. I already know I gained and am right back up over 200. My husband is my own worst enemy when it comes to trying to eat properly. Its very frustrating since I have to cut down portion sizes and snacking...and its going to be a lifetime…

Sorry you're having a hard time. I would definitely look up tdee (total daily energy expenditure) and bmr. Maybe you are not eating enough. Google a calculator for both and don't just rely on what mfp tells you. A good tdee calc is: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ use the "activity level" method. You should be eating…

Weigh in for me today. Was 203.4 last week and now 199.2. Wish I could say its a great loss but my starting weight was less that that. I'll take it though! Feeling so much more motivated than I was!

I've used this calculator (http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/) to figure tdee and then took off the 20%. I've found MFP to be very basic when it comes to calculating what you should be eating. It may seem high and you may gain a pound or two during the first few days but I've found it to be a great way to make those pounds…

I finished the first day of couch to 5k today. It went so much better than I figured it would and even got my 3 and 6 year old involved. That helped a bunch! Also managed to track everything I ate today and still have a couple hundred for a snack. So happy! If I can keep it up for a couple days I know I can get back on…

Hmmmm....I know I weighed in for week 4 but my weight disappeared. lol! Added mine for weeks 4 and 5. Still up a bit but that's not really surprising. At least I'm maintaining. I'll eventually get back on the wagon.
