Ive been doing it for a wee while and ive found that it tones up the waist and also tightens up my bum. All good ..... I was at a class last night and I wore my heart rate monitor and I used up 495 calories in the hour. Pretty good for dancing around enjoying myself.

Hi I sometimes use Joanna Hall 28 day total body plan which is really good. It is short workouts like Shred which is easy to fit in. I think it is a couple of years old now so you could probably pick up a copy on ebay. Good luck x

Im always a bit sore after doing this kind of stuff, if im not too bad a push through it and it feels better afterwards. If you can cope with the pain I would suggest to keep going. If its too sore then stop its not worth killing yourself for, give yourself a couple of days then start again. The pain is your muscles…

Welcome , im new to this as well but im enjoying the community and encourgment from other users. The food and exercise diaries are great . Get some friends as it doesnt matter what your going through there will always be someone to give you advice .

Im up for this as its about 10lbs that I want to loose. Im just starting back the exercise and calorie counting today so this is ideal.
