hi first week on here since last year. 5ft 6. start weight - 174lbs current weight- 145lbs goal weight - 137lbs. currently trying to get the right quantities of carbs protein and fat for my daily intake of calories. I have 7 weeks till I go on an all inclusive and wearing a bikini. Looking to get around goal weight by then.

day 7 here and I lost 4 lbs. loving this way of eating. I really need to start exercising tho. only about 14 lbs to goal weight. What's everyone else looking to lose?

hi I just turned 40 in August and have 2 kids. Im still going to insanity and following a healthy eating plan. Still loosing weight and toning up so all good

On low carb I never count calories I eat till im full and as long as you stop when ur full you should loose weight

Hi I know where your coming from as im not overweight but need to tone up a bit. Im about a size 10 but still feel I could tone my tummy and get it flatter. I got my bum and legs in shape by running and more recently cycling. Ive taken kickboxing up as this seems to tone everything.

I have a couple and they are really good. Some good kettlebell dvds out there as well that show you how to do it properly. Bob harper from biggest loser has a good one which I use. Start on a low weight then build up. It really gets the heart rate up and you burn alot of calories.
