Do you use your Wii Fit Scale on a carpeted or a hard surface? That may make a difference.

You have taken the first step! You have identified the problem and are taking steps to correct it. I am in the same boat. Had TOO good of a time this past summer and it shows. I am renewing my commitment to exercise daily (twice a day most days). I already feel better and have quickly shed 5 pounds. You can do it too!

I don't know your body type but I would think 150 would be way too low. My XH was only 5"8" and he looked best around 165. My current husband is 6' 4" and looks good at 185-190.

I do have a large frame and am very muscular. This Met life assesment is about right for me as I look my best between 150-160. If I go below 150 I lose my curves.

We women are all sizes and shapes. When I was a slim teenager I was more like 38/27/32. I have a large rib cage, broad shoulders and NO butt. There is no way I could possibly ever be 36/24/36 ... EVER!

I know what you mean ... I am a CAKE or BROWNIE girl myself! It is a fact .... you are hungry because of your hormones. :sad: I think our bodies do use a few more calories during that time but not enough to allow us to eat the whole cake.
