  • I purchased the FitBit Flex, after owning the ultra & one. The arm swinging causes issues, if you hold onto a shopping cart, you may not get your steps counted. I did have my iphone on while pushing the cart and the steps did increase, but I don't think all the steps were counted. Regarding the Jawbone, I think the biggest…
  • The latest BMF App will allow you to upload the data, once you connect via bluetooth to your smartphone. There is a white arrow (right top side), click that, and your current data will upload to the web site.

It cannot measure weight lifting (anything exercise or work that you use your upper body). You may want to research the BodyMedia…
  • I use insanity (third week in), only lost 1 pound, but I have lost inches. I think I am not eating enuf. But what is interesting, when you go onto beachbody.com and look at the comparison of products, Insanity is not listing under Weight Loss. http://www.beachbody.com/category/fitness_programs/compare_fitness_programs.do#2…
  • Now get out there and burn it off :-)
  • Are exercise calories right? Do you use a HRM, I'm seeing you logged 30 minutes on Elliptical and burned 600 calories?
