  • haha well that's great! Yeah idk i guess i was just kinda skeptical on the whole thing because mine says to eat 1,350 calories in a day and i need to burn 860 calories in a week but that kinda sounded klike that's a little low amount to burn

  • Well good, at least your starting with that but you shouldn't drink any water before you go, now if your already doing the cardio then you can drink water but NEVER do it before you start working out :)
  • Normal when your starting out it takes a while before you notice anything happening. For example, i was 173 when i started and i barely noticed the scale moving in 3 months but i gained a bit of weight but it was muscle :) An exellent tip for you, if you want to try burning off body fat, go to the gym or wherever you can…
  • L ok thank you for those. :) And ive actually already got plenty of muscle, i'm just mainly trying to get rid of the body fat that i have around my belly and arms and especially my thighs lol
  • Oh i see, lol. So if i do really light weights then i won't get that bulky look or that bodybuilder look? lol
