Shorter or Longer????
Is it better to only do 20 minutes of HIIT cardio or 30+ minutes of HIIT cardio to lose weight?? I'm also doing strength and weight training every other day but i'm worried about burning off muscle. HELP!!!

Switching strength/weights every other day?
So i normally do tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays of weights and strength training and monday wednesday and fridays of hiit cardio but my question is, is it bad to be mixing arms, legs and ab exercises on one day and doing the same thing again the day after? Burning 500 and still eating 1340???
So i was wondering if i decide to start burning 500 every 5 days that i go to the gym but still eat my 1340 recommended goal, is that ok or does my body need a little more than that ?

Do we bulk at first?
I noticed since i've been doing cardio and strength training with very light weight but more reps that i have been getting a tad bit bulky in my legs and thighs, Do we bulk first and then it slims down?

Is it just me or am i the only one who notices that when people lose weight we get those sucked in lines on the side of our stomachs? Does that mean that our progress is paying off????

WHY WON'T IT BURN!?
Ok, so i have noticed that ever since i have gone back to the gym, i haven't been getting soar AT ALL! I did the eliptical on an incline of 8 and a crossramp of 3 and i did sweat alot but i don't get those soar pains anymore, Does that mean i'm more muscular now? And does this mean that i won't be able to lose body fat???…

When to eat and when to workout
Ok so is it true that it's better if you eat something small and wait an hour before working out, then you go workout as much as you want and then eat the rest of your recommended calories through the day???? I would just like to know.

Ok. So i know that people tell me that if i follow my calories that it tells me to eat on MFP and to exercise 5 times ina week for 30 minutes that i should roughly lose 7.9 pounds by feburary 10th. Now i'm just curious. I burned off alot of calories yesterday and it gave me an extra 420 calories that i was allowed to eat.…
