Switching strength/weights every other day?

Options
So i normally do tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays of weights and strength training and monday wednesday and fridays of hiit cardio but my question is, is it bad to be mixing arms, legs and ab exercises on one day and doing the same thing again the day after? Or should i just be focusing on a certain area on one of my strength/weight days and then focus on something else the next next day??? THANKS!!! :D
