Ok, so based off of our calorie intakes that are reccomended and our calories burned reccomendations, do those actually help or have they actually worked for anyone on here? I'm just curious.

December wasn't exactly my finest month but yes I've stuck with it. As for the burning calories portion, I always burn more than I committed to originally and I eat most of my exercise calories back.0 -

my goal is 1200.
it'd be nearly impossible for me to not lose weight eating that little.0 -
hmmmm so i guess i should just give it a try and who knows maybe it will work for me as well0

yeah, especially over the summer when I was on break from school. I tend to got lazy/overeat at school. But it definitely works. I started at the end of last spring's semester and when I got back to school all of my friends were in awe of how in shape I got.0

haha well that's great! Yeah idk i guess i was just kinda skeptical on the whole thing because mine says to eat 1,350 calories in a day and i need to burn 860 calories in a week but that kinda sounded klike that's a little low amount to burn0
