I have the FT4, it does ask for your weight when you do the set up. It also has a chest strap which makes it much more accurate, it has not lost my heart rate yet :-) It is also compatible with the equipment in the gym which is nice.

I have had this problem for quite some time. I id some research and found that Aloe juice is a natural laxatie that from what I have read your body does not become dependent on. I say go for it. Putting some strength training in the routine helps you burn way more calories than just cardio alone.

I have always thought that 8 would be the perfect size.

I did WW when I was breastfeeding and was SHOCKED at how many more calories they say that need while feeding, it is actually more than when you are pregnant. I would def. include the breastfeeding as calories burned.

I have been looking at heart rate monitors as well. I think I am going to go with the ft4. It is very basic, but all I really want to know is calories burned, it is also one of the least expensive that I have found with good reviews.
