don't worry about it as long as you follow the recommended calorie intake. it might just be the water weight. just keep doing what you doing!!!!!!!!!

just hang in there and don't give up, but if after a month you still not losing, try to eat at the recommended calorie intake. sometimes not eating enough can be bad for your weightloss cause your metabolism slows down.

thanks so much for the support and i think im really ready this time, no quick fix but eating healthy instead and i think that is what this website is about!!
