Never waste calories are drinks. they dont fill you up and a 32 oz (large) soda has as many calories as a fast food hamburger. I always think of calories like money and am always looking to get the most bang for my buck :wink:

Amen, by excluding whole groups of food you are just setting yourself up for binging and failure.

My goals this week I WILL drink more water then diet coke. I WILL NOT eat any fast food. I WILL be 126 by the end of week 10.

I want to be in!!!! My goal is to be able to do 45 minutes of cardio a day. I currently do 30 minutes and as an ex-smoker, that's saying something Thanks for organizing!!!!

This is all around correct. I went from 225 to 130 in a year and while I do exercise I have also come to accept that, outside of cosmetic surgery, this is about as good as it gets.

That is is the best time to exercise, when your stressed/pissed/etc. You can get it all out and clear your head a bit. i hope your issue resolves itself in a way that is good and good for you. =)

Very excited to weigh in for week six. Havent gotten on the scale since last weeks whopping .4 lbs lost. Really hoping to see 131 or below.

My goal weight is 115-120. After i had my son i was 225. I worked my *kitten* off(literally) to take off 110 lbs in a year dropping me down to 115. However, quitting smoking my me the munchies queen and gained roughly 20 lbs. I would like to get back down to 115-120 as it is where i feel best about my body.

It's a double edged sword. I have gained 15 lbs since i quit, going from 120 to 135. I didnt even really try to quit, it just sort of happened. If you arent ready it wont happen.
