It's always nice to have a calorie bank at the end of the day! I am usually running out by dinner time. Enjoy your treat!
-
I'm in! I want to lose about 50-60 pounds total. 2 pounds a week sounds doable and the challenge and the challenge members will help!

I love the Yoga Zone DVDs. There are few different titles out there and they have beginner/intermediate videos. They are only 20 minutes so if I am running short on time, I still feel like I got a good workout in.

Thanks for the great suggestions! I went and bought some herbal tea and the flavored sparkling water it helped!

That's ok. You acknowledged the slip-up, now jump back on the wagon! You can do it! You've got this!

Zumba yes! Here's my motto when I am shaking my stuff....Those skinny girls can even begin to compete with all of this! Yes I am overweight but hey I'm having fun and that's what counts!

I just started Week 1, Day 1 on Saturday. I quit running and want to get back into it. So excited to have a group that is doing it too! I am all for cheering each other on. If there is anybody in the Minnesota area and you want to sign up for a 5K race together that would be fun!

I had this problem. It was my worn out shoes.I didn't take care of it right away so I had to take a few weeks off running. Don't ignore it! Go to a running store and they can help you out.

I lost 1.4 pounds! I have this week off of work so I am going to bump up the excercise. I can't wait to see what next week will show. Great job to all you "losers" out there!! :flowerforyou:

No loss this week:/ I was showing a loss all week but of course on Monday nothing! Next Monday will be a big one.

I had a 2.4 loss:) I gained last week so I was happy to see the scale move down. Where is everybody?
-
I am starting week 4 tomorrow. It's good to know that it's ok to have to repeat if needed. Wish me luck!
-
I gained 1.6 pounds. I had a stressful week and I didn't always make the best food choices. The good in that is I journaled everyday even when I was going over. So I take that as a NSV this week! Good job to everybody that lost or stayed the same!
-
I lost 2.8 punds! AND I HIT MY 10% goal!!! (yes I was screaming that) I had a few really good days and a few not so great days but even the not so great days I journaled what I eat so at least I was accountable for my indulgence. Great job ladyark 2 pounds is great! pamsebrell~sometimes the scale isn't the best indicator…

The week has gone pretty good! I am glad we weigh in on Mondays. Weekends are hard to stay on task at least knowing I have a weigh-in coming up, really does help. I hope everybody loses tomorrow!! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
-
You guys gave me some great ideas! I hope to be at 10% when I weigh in on Monday. I'm crossing my fingers!!!
-
I put a tablespoon of PB on half of an english muffin with 1 tsp honey. It's so yummy and keeps me full!
-
I lost .6 pounds. I adjusted my weigh in day to Mondays so I will take the loss! I have lost 18 pounds from my highest weight. I feel so much better after losing the weight. I have 1 more pound to get my 10%. Maybe next Monday I will celebrate that milestone with you all!
