I conquered potluck!
Every month we have a potluck at work to celebrate birthdays and every month I over eat. This month I stuck with the veggie, low carb and low calorie food. After eating, I don't have to unbutton my pants and I am not lethargic! Non-scale victory today! Feeling fabulous! B) What's your non-scale victory today?

Day 2 with no sugar....I'm addicted!
I am trying to let go of all of the sugar and sugar substitutes in my diet. It's only day 2 and I am going bonkers! It comes in waves where I really want it and then I am ok for a while. Any practical advice to help get me through this?

GMO foods -what is your experience
I have been reading about GMO foods and they are terrible! I can't believe the USDA allows them! I am going to go GMO free. Have you gone GMO free and what was your experience. Did you lose weight? Did you notice a change in way you feel? Thanks for your input.

I love my shoes!
I just scored a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus for $99! Love Love Love them! They feel like a pair of shoes hugging my feet. I can't wait until tomorrow morning to break them in. Thanks to C25K for getting me off my bum and running again!
