I bodybuild, but stick to 0.8g/lb. If you are over-weight, use LBM.

Increase potassium and water intake. Should be fine unless you have a medical issue.
-
Go home, shower, ususlly start dinner and studying (uni work).
-
Personal preference. Try out a few things to see what suits your needs. I personally like a coffee and mandarin pre workout and then post workout is nothing for a few hours till dinner.
-
I lift, but track my workouts on the bodybuilding.com app. What type of lifting are you looking at?

Carbs at night, everynight! They help me sleep, feel satisfied and that way me and my boyfriend can eat the same meals (he doesnt track). Chicken, potatoes and vegetables <3

Wholemeal crackers with spinach, cottage cheese and ham. (lunch)

I frequently see men doing decent squats. IDK where you train at.

I'm open, eat @ 1600

Are you getting enough dietary fat? Adequate micronutrients? Intaking high caffeine? I would do the natural route before seeing a doctor. Check your diet from top to bottom, remove electronics, try relax before bed etc.

Under myfitnesspal it's called a chicken maryland. Without a food scale, you're just going to have to take a crack at the weight.
-
Based on the research I have read I go with ~0.8g/lb of protein and ~0.45g/lb of fat. I then either eat the leftovers in carbohydrates or more protein/fat.

Proats topped with peanut butter, chocolate chips & banana. w/coffee. ~400 calories.
-
I'm dropping from 1700 to 1600 as I've stalled the last 3 weeks on my weight loss. I eat proats most mornings, meat & veg for two other meals.
-
Are you competing? Do you get money for dieting? Can you not fit the food into your calories/macros? I would be weary about your relationship with food. A family event is amazing, cherish it.
-
Don't eat eggs?
-
While I do eat a lot of the same foods because of my budget, I don't think I "must have" any of them.
-
You will dump a whole lot of water weight and then regain it when you eat again. If you truly have paused losing weight for 3 weeks, with no cheat meals. Lower calories or increase activity.
-
I would just make sure you're consuming enough water + potassium. It will have you fluctuate, just don't freak out.
-
As long as your not going over your calories, I often go over my macros.
-
I've never had a problem with hitting over 25g of fibre. What is your current intake?
-
Be weary that all of myfitnesspal food's don't have calcium or iron numbers inputted.

Sounds like you need to branch out and try different things. Tacos, burritos, roasts, different spices/dressings, curries, stir frys, quiche. So many delicious options.
