I love my "lilbit"....I wear it everyday! I feel it gives me an immediate picture of my activity. I find if I am in peril of going over my calories during the day, I hit the work out trail...whether that's walking more, playing the wii, cleaning the house. I also find it challenges me to get more steps to hit a new high…

Welcome aboard! One thing I might mention that I LOVE about MFP is the mobile app...I have no excuse for not journaling my food and exercise. It is AWESOME and I always know where I am in my day's accountability. Let's kick some bootie!!

Don't get discouraged, totally normal to hiccup along the way...make small goal to get moving again.
