I'm so glad you posted these pics. Such an inspiration! You are beautiful!

I haven't had any strength gains in this stage. I'm finally getting the hang of the FspP. Thanks for the video link blacknivory, that really helped. I can do push ups but they aren't beautiful. But at least they are on the floor now, not off a bench so I'm proud of that. I can do one 90 second plank but can't do the other…

Fantastic! You look great. Congratulations.

Wow! You look like a different person! Totally handsome! And the tats are icing on the cake!

I think you needs break from lifting. I did other things but nothing too extreme. Walked, bike, etc. I think the recovery week helps prevent injury further down the line. Remember to think of this as something you can sustain for the long haul.

Are you sure you have your numbers right? You must mean 195.

I'm 52. I've lifted off and on since I was 17. My recovery and rest days are much more important now. And I make sure I don't overtrain during a session. I still train really hard but I take my off days as real off days. Otherwise I get truly exhausted and the soreness gets more intense, lasts longer. I hope to lift for…

Be kind to yourself and be patient. Treat yourself like you treat your best friend.

It's a lot safer to say "wow, you really look great!" And open the door for them to say thanks, I've been working out, cutting calories, etc. even if someone hasn't lost weight, everyone likes to hear a compliment once in a while.

Yowsaaaa! You are beautiful! Wear that bikini in public with pride!

You look fantastic! Congratulations. Give yourself a year of adjustment to this new look. Take time to enjoy learning who you are.

Thanks for posting. You are gorgeous! And think of all the people you are going to motivate to stick with this for a year. Congrats!

I'm proud of getting through stage 3. Hardest thing for me was the one arm DB overhead squat. The balance for that was crazy. I never liked the BWM but I saw great gains in my strength and endurance. I looked like a big doofus but hopefully no video of me out there! This was the stage that I had the trainer say what a…

So sorry for the loss of you FIL. Very impressed with all that you have achieved. I know he would be proud of the healthy lifestyle you've developed and the great example you are for your family. Congratulations!

All that hard work paid off! Congrats! Do you celebrate with a meal and champagne?
-
Congrats! Looking forward to running in your shoes myself someday soon!

Wow! You totally rock! Congrats.

I did pics in work out clothes but I really wish I would have worn a bikini (I don't even own one!). The clothes still hide the changes that a bathing suit doesn't. Even if you never post a bathing suit picture, take one so you can compare further down the road. Now I need to take my own advice and get that picture taken…

I had to look twice! Amazing! Congrats on a job well done.

You look incredible. I am finishing stage 3 of NROLFW. Would you still follow the same progression in the programs you used? (After NROLFW doing ABS, etc....)

Thanks for sharing this sweetie. You are a beautiful woman. Your family is so lucky to have you as a healthy role model. Congratulations on your success.

QOTD - we met in September, married in December. Been together 30 years. Rest days are so important but I am just now feeling comfortable with that. Before I would do a spin class or something cardio to rest. I actually think I've done better with weight loss by making my rest days real rest. Again, it's what can be…
