You can't control what happened with your job. But you can control how you manage your health. Don't give into the chaos. Take control over the things you can manage. Diet and exercise are yours to control.

I am on my last day of a 5 week challenge. Ive learned a lot about what kind of foods do and don't work for me. I plan to add some foods back (rice, oatmeal) I don't want to exclude food groups for my whole life but I do see the benefits of Paleo. By tomorrow I'll see show much I've lost!

Went to the chiropractor. I was laying face down on the table when he walked in. He said "wow, you have lost some weight. I can tell in your waist and through your hips. Nice job". Made me feel good because it was totally spontaneous. Second NSV- I ride motorcycles. I have a pair of riding pants I quit wearing because they…

You look great! I don't weigh myself either. Find it keeps me from stressing about something that changes every day. In Your picture on the left you look so much older than the pic on the right. Amazing 3 year difference.

Your tummy is definitely smaller! Well done. And congrats on your graduation!
-
Sweet! And a good inspiration to me to just keep logging.

Good to hear. So easy to give up when the scal doesn't move like we want. Your patience paid off!
-
Congratulations!

I don't use a scale so can't comment on my weight. But I've been on MFP and working out for 90 days tomorrow. This last week I've had quite a few comments from people.

I'm getting strong! I am in Cross fit. I can do real push ups, squats, and burpees. Feeling so good about my progress in getting healthy

So proud for you. Fantastic results.

My NSV is that I've logged my food for 60 days straight. Even when on vacation!

This is so true. I sleep like a rock and awake with a ton of energy.

Wow. What a great video. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! You look like a new man. Well done. And I'm pretty sure this is the year we are going to the Series!

Have you checked with your doctor? As a nursing mother I can't imaging 1200 calories or 1874 is enough.

It's all about what you eat. Track your food. Weigh and measure.

6 weeks ago I joined a Bootcamp. The first workout was a baseline - 1/2 mile run, 40 squats, 30 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 10 burpees. We had 10 minutes to finish and I couldn't finish the workout. 6 weeks later I lost 8 inches, finished the workout in 6:08 minutes. Because of my improvement I won $200 as the biggest…

Thanks for posting. I see a difference in your face for sure. I'm sure you are seeing a difference in how your clothes fit. 22 lbs is a lot of weight. Congrats!

You are a knock out! Well done.

You are a doll. Thanks for sharing your journey.

Thanks you for sharing your results and your path to get there! You and your baby girl are both beautiful. I am over 50 and weight lifting(which I love) bothers my elbow and shoulders now if I up the weights. I've been lifting much of my life but the Body weight approach might be something that can work for me. Going to…

If it is bruised it's usually 2 weeks. Hurts like the ****ens. Use ice often. Hard to do anything if your ribs are hurt.

Happy birthday sweetie and congratulations! Wish I had your lovely gams!

Way to go! And War Eagle too!

I am loving this stage. I just finished 7-4. All the reps are killer but I feel so good. My OHP are 25# DB. By the 4 th set though I dropped to 20#. The dead lifts from last work out did me in though. My butt and hamstrings are still a little sore. Glad everyone is doing well. I've been really busy at work and not online…

Second lift session for this stage today. Didn't seem as bad as the first workout. I'll see how I feel tomorrow though. My son went with me to the gym. Made the workout go faster having a lifting partner. I probably enjoyed having him there more than he enjoyed being there though!

My hands would get sore from the dumb dells. Then they got stronger like the rest of my body. Whenever I increase my weight the hands are sore for a couple sessions then they recover. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me. It took a week for that bad soreness to go away.
