  • Walking. Just walking. Buy in mp3 player, download som song and get moving. As the eight comes off you will be able to do more. Even if your only trying to lose ten lbs. Walk a half hour a day and see what happens to your body and also the way you move.
  • Excellent... I agree. LOL!
  • Prenatal vitamins typically have DOUBLE the amount in them. If you were already taking multivitamins, you don't need them. If you just started you could take them for about three months but then I would stop. Try getting a womans vitamin instead. Like Hair, Skin, and Nails by Nature's Bounty. As women we need more of…
  • Try pilates and yoga. Also what they call six inches. give it time and work it into your daily exercises. These exercises help tone and shape. You cant do spot treatment but you will be amazed at what strength training and stretching can accomplish.
  • Yeah, but at least you guys have a couple things to fall back on.
  • Yeah.... Everything has bad choices but you canusually get healthy ones to0. Ex: Wendys apple pecan chicken salad. Subway lean regular sandwhiches 6 inch. You just have to search before hand. It helps that most fastfood joints post nutrion info now.
  • Same for me. But it made me hungry ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the time. I had to switch. on Tri Lo and it is soo much better. I think you need to expiriment and find the right one for you.
  • I lost about 15 lbs on the Wii.....Then stopped. Ugh..... and gained it back. It works. Just make sure you use all the exercises. I also have Wii Fit Plus. They will make workouts for you or you can make your own. The catergories ar youth, overindulged, posture, and one more. I just started wth it again and am so out of…
  • As everyone said liquids are most important. Soups and anything easy to eat. You are sick so your body needs energy. Make sure your soups are nutrient rich. And also, LIGHT exercise. Exercise can help the phlem come out but too much will make you weak. Maybe keep it to walking leisurely for 20-30 mins.
  • I'd go with MFP. It is better o underestimate than overestimate as far as calories burned.

  • For example- My husband doesn't get that I think there is a "right" and "wrong" way to load the dishwasher. I think it's fantastic if he loads the dishwasher, however he does it. But sometimes we will be doing dishes together, he'll put something in, and I'll say "that goes up top" He rolls his eyes, moves the dish, and we…
  • LOL!!
  • . It is trouble and I also know it's not just what you eat but exercise too, to keep up your metabolism. No matter how little you eat your body will adjust. Its smarter than you.
  • From the picture it says that you just joined MFP. Try tracking calories and exercise honestly and see if you notice anything. Also hormones and steroids can play a big part in weightloss, so talk to your doctor.
  • Caffeine withdrawal definitely. But try to space the water out. You shouldn't drink over 2 L and definitely not all before lunch.
  • You could let her on. Find the goal ranges for her growth( She shoul be gaining....not losin, of course) and let her chart it. At the very least she'll learn about food, and simply because of some of the things people say you might want to be there with her while shes on it. Trust me MFP is wayyyy better for her than…
  • this log it in and see how many or much you can have and dont feel guilty.
  • I usually journal first thing in the morning. Everything. I will upadate the previous day if there are any changes. But jounaling before hand has helped me understand how many calories I have left and keeps me from overeating.
  • Probaly water retention from the salt in the pizza. No big deal. Drink lots of water and weigh yourself in a week.
  • I think you should drink eight glasses of water a day and see if you still want it. I wouldn't go sugar free. There is nothing wrong with sugar in moderation. Yes regular soda is too much.... but as someone stated earlier wouldn't it be better not to want it at all? I started drinking just water and I was a Pepsi and…
  • Try to make sure you eat things that will stabilize your blood sugar and for protein to fill you up. Try a piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter.
  • P & J is my standy by. It's awesome cause it's sweet and always hits the spot. LUVVVVVV it. Alas today I'm having baked lemon pepper salmon and garlic and butter mixed veggies( store bought frozen, :P.
  • I had to stopp Jillian. I felt like she was killing me. Im such a baby. I started with leslie Sonames ( I think that is spelled correctly.) She does a walking program mch easier on the knees. While the jumping jacks and luges get the job done, if you are hurting so much that you cant exercise, you need to slow down…
  • I don't do big breakfasts, they make me so full and then I'm starving for the rest of the day. I think it spikes my sugrar. I usually try to keep every meal under 400 cals and eat three snacks behind each meal at 150 cals a piece. Total comes to 1650 but I'm usually under. Check out diary its open. Ignore cheat meals.…
  • usually have quaker flavored oats any variety... 160 cals for breakfast and a yogurt ...160 calaries about an hour and a half later for snack. Comes to 320 and keeps me full till lunch.
  • You should definitely get this checked.
  • There was a previous post on here where the person stated that she ate her biggest meal in the morning. Maybe you could try that I think the quote would be Breakfast like a king Lunch like a prince Dinner like a pauper. Sometimes just resetting the way you eay and what you eat will get it done as tha body will have to…
