Hi there and well done for loosing that much.....im finding that zumba really helps with toning and building muscle if you not done anything before and you can do it at home. feel free to add me although i do live in newmarket so not close lol

i have zumba dvds i got them from QVC with the shaker sticks and they are brill hard work but fun my 15 month old son loves the music lol you need lots of water and the pause button!lol

i have felt the same exercise needs to be fun and easy i do zumba at home and am trying hard to eat properly, if you would like to add me as friend we can support and give each other kick up the bum lol:laugh:

hi i seem to be well under my cal goal and this is partly due to exercise {which i wont stop!} but its sometimes hard to find the weight or food is the diary section that and i generally dont eat alot unless eating out, not sure what the answer is really? but a well done is great to hear!

hi there are several products you could try but ive found nail envy from opi {find it in boots or on shopping channel qvc} has helped as has prostrong {found on qvc shopping xhannel/internet} i was told that peeling is due to bad nail filing and dehydration also that buffing which releases that natural oils can help but…

think it depends on what excercise it is , i get up and do zumba before anything else!lol:laugh:
