You will definitly plateau if you don't get enough cals. Your body panics thinking it won't have enough food to make milk, so it stores fat for you, and uses your food consumption for breast milk. I was 188, and he is 185. He is 6' feet tall though and im only 5 5. So it sucked for a while. Now the balance has changed and im lighter. I was feeling so self concious. But he adored me just the same. He just can't keep his hands off my butt now. Yay xtrainer.

34DD and i love it. My rib cage is slightly curved in, so i can't get much bigger in the band size, unless i gained a lot of weight. Since im losing it, i hope i don't lose the full boobs. Don't get discouraged if the weight difference isn't there. Remember you are losing fat but building muscle. The inches and tightness and fat % lost is how you can track best. You look AMAZING! you are totally inspiring me to break out my P90X vids more. Totally awesome!!!! Congrats. :wink:

I have this problem constantly too on the CrossTrainer. I have tried to adjust everything, shoelaces, stance, position of foot. I have extremely high arches, so it could be a support thing. Good luck figuring out how to fix it. I just push through and it eventually gets better.

You will lose 1/3 more weight when you combine both. Nothing wrong with building lean muscle to help you burn fat. If you don't build lean muscle, when you do cardio your body uses the muscle first for energy. Almonds!! I love snacking on a small handful. No sodium, but the cals are there for the energy. I buy Billy Bee Honey Roasted Almonds. So delish!! And Bananas give you a great boost of energy in the morning, and are absorbed quickly!!

I think I am a bit of both. Depends on my mood. If it is a class, i like to socialize before it begins, and get familiar with my workout buddies. But when I have my focus on, I don't want to be distracted with chit chat. If i wanted to have a conversation, I would have stayed home. :smile:
