WAKE UP CALL!

So I have been on MFP for 6 days now...I began thinking my weight was still at 280lbs with a goal of getting back to 235lbs for the first time in a very long time...I have had an excellent 6 days and have really gotten much better at planning a healthy diet and working out...Today I got to a scale for the first time and weighed myself...I was SHOCKED when the scale original passed 300lbs before settling on 298lbs...My biggest problem so far has been meeting my net caloric amount each day and now that my weight has increased so has my net caloric intake...I am glad to have all of you following along with me for my journey!
