Definitely trying this!

It was a present to myself for having lost weight. Best thing I've ever done.

This is the best thread ever. Saving for later!

Whoa, I nominate Christine. Gahhhhhjusssss.

There's always competition between friends, as much as you may love each other. But I've watched this happen before. I also tend to lose/gain different friends as I gain/lose weight. Have you noticed how women of the same body size and height tend to flock together? It bothers me, because how many large and tall women are…

Want.

You look and sound amazing/healthy. Beautiful job!

I love strange movies. Saving this for later!

I was raised with heavy etiquette training, and sitting up straight was strictly enforced. So, yes, engaging core muscles is great for posture. I don't even notice that I do it anymore, it's been a natural thing for so long. Good posture is so important - boosts confidence, maintains healthy core strength, prevents back…

Yes, but it's just an estimate based on your given stats and steps taken in a given period of time. It's NOT a HRM, so don't expect HRM results :)

PS - Post a picture, hooker.
-
I love you. :D

Thick thighs for that costume work well. And fishnets disguise A LOT. No spot reductions, but to firm up, do some squats. Seriously though, love your thighs.

Oh yes, I'll be making these this weekend, thanks!

Last line made me cry a little on the inside. Stupid hormones. Good article, though!

Currently eating low sugar oatmeal with added apples and bananas :D

Drink it black. It's better, anyway :)

While I don't log my calories burned from sex, this saddens me. Someone needs to show you a better time ;)
-
I love pigtails.
-
Whoa. You look like a completely different person. Congrats!

I've actually dated a few men that have recently transformed themselves, unknowingly. It's nice because they can appreciate what I'm doing. And it certainly is an attractive quality - shows the ability to work towards a long-term goal/commitment, which is severely lacking in so many people lately.

1. I'm afraid I'm on the wrong path, and it's too late, and I'll never have a family (I push everyone away) 2. I want to design architecture for space. I could be a space cowboy. 3. I'm socially awkward, and always feel like an idiot for what I've said after a night out.

To those that say it can't be done, it can. Eating clean, unprocessed foods has very little natural sugars and no added. That being said, I do it because of a couple medical conditions. I don't think a drastic cut in sugar is necessary for weight loss, but it does help with feeling good and even tempered/energized :)

I'm large and I run. I feel proud knowing that each time I'm out there, I'm smaller than I was before. People can see me transform. And frankly, when I see a big person running, I'm proud of them for making healthy choices, and it motivates me to do the same.

I'm 5'9" and I wear up to 6" platform stilettos. I just don't give a ****. Amazon pride.
-
I'm 5'9", started around 275. I'm down to 215, and my first goal is 180. Ideally, I'd like to be 160. I'm muscular and naturally curvy, and couldn't imagine ever weighing less than 160. I've got a 1350 cal limit I think, usually under. I work out hard on days I know I'll be out drinking later in the evening to balance it…
-
Whoa. I must make this!

These are the stories I like to read in the morning. Becoming a better you when you have children is a gift to them, definitely. Congrats on working hard for your family, too :)

I've had a fitbit for a while now. I love it because it keeps me in competition with myself. HOWEVER, like said before, it's not a HRM. It in no way gives an accurate reflection of calories burned. It has a estimate based on your age, steps, BMR, etc. Still, a fun device to use :)
